In my corner of the world, a scary severe thunderstorm hit, and it sure packed a punch! this is my next door neighbor's home, and a huge branch from a huge tree fell right onto it! some of that branch scraped up against my house, which you see a tiny bit of my roof on the far right, it barely missed one of my windows and my a/c unit! this was taken last night just as the storm was ending...I also lost power for 3 1/2 hours too!
When daylight hit this morning, I went outside to survey the damage, and any possible damage/debris on my property...
Well I know one of my tasks for the day, instead of sewing till my hearts content, I will be picking up branches and debris....(sigh)

Holy crap! That must have been terrifying. Glad you and yours are OK, and that the power is back on.

I am glad you guys are OK. Were north, and it was windy and such, but thankfully no damage. I hate when the sky turns yellow and the wind comes up, it scares the bejeezus out of me, we went downstairs just be careful.
